About Us
Helping Future Generations Foundation is a 501c-3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to connecting youth to sports opportunities, particularly in the realm of mixed martial arts, karate, and jiu-jitsu. With public donations, we work to make sure that money is never a barrier to sports. Our goal is to provide access to sports to children who might not have the opportunity otherwise, helping them develop important skills and build confidence that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Our Mission
Our founder, Bijan Kashani, grew up playing basketball. As he began to excel in the sport, he realized that the only way to remain competitive and have a chance at college scholarships or even the NBA was to play on private, club teams. These teams can involve the purchase of expensive equipment and uniforms, long drives to practices and games for parents, and a costly membership fee, which can quickly become a barrier to access for many young athletes. Bijan saw firsthand how exorbitant these costs can be and how they could be a hardship for the average family. His goal is to make sure that every kid has the same access to sports opportunities that he was lucky enough to have. If he hadn't been able to play on that club team, he wouldn't have been able to stay competitive with his peers and wouldn't have been able to hone the skills that later led to a collegiate basketball career and offers to play professionally overseas. Being able to play at his highest potential, compete against the best in the game, and be a part of a team of similarly committed athletes taught him valuable life lessons that he treasures to this day, and none of it would have been possible if money had been a barrier to that sport.

Later, Bijan discovered a passion for mixed martial arts, fighting professionally in MMA, and again saw how money can become a barrier to access for many kids who want to take martial arts classes.

Bijan's goal and his life passion is to inspire and teach the next generation of kids that they can become whatever they put their mind to, and he wants to make sure that a lack of money never gets in the way of those dreams. Helping Future Generations Foundation was created in order to ensure that every child can achieve their greatest potential and become the best person they were meant to be through the world of sports.

Our vision is a world where every child has the opportunity to participate in athletics and enjoy the many benefits that sports activities can provide. We believe that these activities can help children develop important life skills, improve their physical health and well-being, build strong, supportive communities, and open up doorways to future success.
